After completing a visioning process for the redevelopment of their historic downtown, the City of Aubrey, Texas contracted Valley Quest Design to provide conceptual development and construction documentation for streetscape enhancements downtown and at 2 other key city “gateways”.

Conceptual elements proposed include gateway signage, public art, enhanced paving and median landscaping, custom street lighting, and a civic plaza with a water play feature as the central part of downtown park improvements in support of outdoor community events, construction documentation produced for streetscape improvements will soon help put Governor’s Community Achievement Award funds to good use in beautifying Aubrey’s downtown.
