Our Team
Andrew Cousins, PLA
Principal | Founder, Business Developer
Mr. Cousins is the original founder and head principal of the company; a registered landscape architect with over 19 years of design and project management experience in park and recreation planning and design, transportation enhancement, commercial and institutional design. Not one to relish in his own accomplishments, he is quick to point to those around him who have offered support and encouragement to him over the years to help Valley Quest Design become what it is today. He loves the opportunity to participate in the formation of something new to suit a need where one exists, especially when he knows that it will ultimately benefit people. His prior experience in helping to build a small business awoke in him an entrepreneurial spirit, bringing to life a new passion to see growth and development in a business that is dedicated to serving others.
Jeremy Blad, PLA

He has worked for several engineering, planning, architecture and landscape architecture firms of various sizes and structures. Jeremy has proven himself to be adaptable across situations and challenges - a key trait for the company's lead design principal.
Mark Bailor
Senior Landscape Architect, Project Manager
Mr. Bailor is a native Texan and graduate of Oklahoma State University with 16 years of experience in the landscape architecture profession. He has worked with firms across the United States, practicing in Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, and Phoenix, AZ. An avid outdoorsman who can typically be found on a trail, on the lake, or on the golf course, Mark's love for the outdoors began at a very young age. As the son of an Air Force officer, Mark is a global traveler and was exposed to cultures from around the world. Having experienced first-hand so many amazing man-made and natural features the world has to offer, he takes inspiration from those experiences and draws them into his work as a designer. As a self-diagnosed “outside-the-box problem-solver” and “forever student”, Mark enjoys devising innovative and creative solutions to achieve optimal results and he loves to continually study and shape his craft to adapt to a dynamically ever-evolving world.
Ray Sebastian
Licensed Irrigator, Project Manager
Mr. Sebastian is a licensed irrigator and landscape designer with more than fifteen years of experience designing and managing various types and sizes of projects, and is highly proficient in commercial / residential design development and construction installation management. His deep connection to everything outdoors inspires his passion for landscape architecture design. He thrives on building trusted relationships with clients due to his keen attention to project details and his ability to see things from both a landscape designer and an irrigation designer’s perspective. Ray is currently working on obtaining his landscape architecture license. When he is not in the office, he spends time with his family, children Nathan and Elena, and his devoted wife Danielle. Ray also enjoys playing golf, enjoying any outdoor adventure and devotes much of his time to his local church, coordinating youth activities and events, as well as teaching the middle school class.
Michelle Davis
LEED AP, CPSI, Landscape Designer
Ms. Davis joined Valley Quest Design after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University. Her involvement in projects include site planning, parks and recreational amenities design, residential design, and landscape planting design. Her speed, efficiency and firm grasp of understanding the meaning behind her work is what sets her apart and makes her an asset to any quality team. Michelle is passionate about preserving the heritage of a city, believing that celebrating the uniqueness of a municipality brings innumerable benefits to a community. This passion took her to Washington, D.C. with ASLA in May 2019, where she spoke with congressmen about supporting legislation that will help aid conservation efforts. For Michelle, any chance to be involved in the development of a design that enriches the distinct identity of a space, feels like an opportunity to support her community. Michelle is currently working towards obtaining her landscape architecture license.
