Part of Nack Developments’ larger vision for the Rail District in Old Downtown Frisco, The Patios at the Rail is a boutique shopping and eaterie destination that also offers 4000 square feet of event space including elegant rooftop gardens with large raised planters and specialized concrete finishes. Valley Quest Design surveyed the existing trees, provided site planning and tree mitigation assistance to gain city development approval, and worked closely with the client to develop a landscape theme befitting Frisco street-level plantings as well as a rare rooftop amenity in the unique style of the Rail District.
