Nestled in a prominent peninsula on the northwest shore of Possum Kingdom Lake, Juniper Ridge offers a scenic, 11-acre, getaway destination. 

Valley Quest Design was tasked with laying out a series of lakeside and internal residential lots while also developing an inviting community gathering space, resort-style pool, unique water feature, wayfinding signage, and a lush “Hill Country-style” landscape, all tailored to a vibrant family vacation home experience. One unique design aspect of this community is the inclusion of an open-air pavilion gathering space amenity, built into the existing rocky bank, and affectionately called The Bunker.
