Nack Development took notice of Frisco’s Old Downtown after the new municipal center and Frisco Square moved investment further away to the west; Nack envisioned a great opportunity to reshape and reinvigorate a critical piece of the community that had previously been a hub of activity for generations in the City of Frisco.

The Tower at the Rail represents one of the earliest efforts to implement a revitalization of the newly coined “Rail District”, a completely walkable area to work, live, and play. This mixed-use development has stylish brownstone residential units with a Frisco flair, lush open spaces, and office/retail space that opens up to the district.

Valley Quest Design surveyed the existing trees, provided site planning and tree mitigation assistance to gain city development approval, and worked closely with the client to develop a landscape theme that would form the basis of the unique style of the Rail District.
